Performance Marketer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will oversee the execution of data-driven advertising strategies to achieve business goals, manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.), analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies for improved results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the marketer will contribute to driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion through innovative performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Advanced analytical and optimization skills with experience in analyzing key metrics, ROI, and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies to maximize organic and paid traffic.
• Skills in campaign strategy development, A/B testing, and targeting techniques to enhance consumer engagement.
• Team collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with design, content, and development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
