Role Overview

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive high-quality lead generation for service-based and field service businesses. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategies and launch paid campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms
• Build and optimize funnels for lead generation (form fills, calls, bookings)
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget allocation
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals (in collaboration with design team)
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact
• Generate client-ready reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and compliance

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Proven track record of lead generation for service-based businesses
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with conversion tracking tools
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client expectations
• Bonus: Experience with US/UK markets and local service niches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
