About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer to lead performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other paid platforms. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and passionate about scaling ROI-focused campaigns for diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page strategies.
- Monitor daily performance and make data-backed decisions to maximize ROAS, CTR, CVR, and lower CPA/CPL.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to drive results.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry best practices, and new ad technologies.
Requirements
- 2.5 – 3 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and performance scaling strategies.
- Google/Meta certifications preferred.
