About the Role
You’ll manage and scale performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms. The focus is simple: drive quality leads, reduce cost per acquisition, and improve ROI with smart, data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make quick adjustments
  • Manage budgets and maintain ROI
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, keywords, landing pages, and audiences
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives
  • Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Set up tracking, pixels, and events correctly
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance insights and action plans
  • Explore new trends, tools, and scaling opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Understanding of performance metrics and analytics
  • Knowledge of landing page behavior and optimization
  • Ability to analyse data and act fast
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing flows
