Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least one year of experience in running and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing paid advertising channels, tracking campaign performance, and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital networks.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Manage budgets and ensure efficient spending across channels.
Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B experiments.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work on SEO basics and website analytics to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic Excel/Sheets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization, funnels, and attribution.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
