Performance Marketer

Milano is a premium aluminium systems brand working with architects, builders, and high-value residential & commercial projects. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands lead quality, not vanity metrics.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Generate high-intent leads for architects, builders & premium homeowners
• Manage budget allocation, A/B testing & scaling
• Track CPL, ROAS, lead quality & conversion performance
• Coordinate with sales team to improve lead-to-conversion ratio
• Create ad copies & creatives in coordination with designers
• Set up and monitor pixel, conversions & CRM integrations

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing (real estate / interiors / construction preferred)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset with ability to optimise for quality leads
• Experience handling mid to high ad budgets
• Knowledge of CRM integrations (Zoho preferred)

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹11,190.49 - ₹50,042.14 per month
