Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who knows how to turn budgets into results. This role is all about driving measurable growth through paid channels, testing ideas quickly, and improving ROI consistently. You should be comfortable working with numbers and equally comfortable experimenting with creatives and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking to meet acquisition and revenue goals
- Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance
- Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
- Analyze campaign data and share clear performance reports and insights
- Identify new growth opportunities and scalable channels
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Good understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time
Good to Have
- Experience in , healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, or automation tools
- Experience working with large budgets
