Performance Marketer
A Performance Marketer is responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive business growth. With 1-2 years of experience in an ad agency, you'll be working on campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Optimize campaigns for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven strategies to improve campaign outcomes
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance to stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
