Performance Marketer

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to manage, optimize, and scale high-performing paid campaigns focused on leads, sales, and ROI.

Location: Garden East, Karachi

Timings: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and audiences
• Monitor performance and scale winning campaigns
• Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
• Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Proven track record in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
