Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage paid media campaigns, media planning, and CRM automation. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering high-quality leads, optimizing cost per lead (CPL), and improving overall campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan media strategy and allocate budgets across digital channels
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and Eventbrite
• Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates
• Drive qualified leads while meeting CPL targets
• Manage CRM automation, lead flow, and system integrations
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with insights
• Support marketing campaigns for international roadshows and open houses

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and media planning
• Experience with CRM automation and lead management systems
• Background in real estate or lead-generation campaigns is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience handling international roadshows and open house campaigns is an advantage
