Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands numbers, funnels, and customer psychology, and can turn ad spend into profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
- Analyze performance data and prepare clear weekly/monthly reports
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Coordinate with content, design, and brand teams for creatives
- Track pixels, events, and conversions accurately
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Media Buyer
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of funnels, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Ability to read data and make performance-based decisions
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Pixel, GA4, GTM is a plus)
Preferred (Plus Points)
- Experience working with Pakistani or international brands
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously
