Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across paid media, organic growth channels, and lifecycle marketing. This role is execution-heavy and performance-oriented, with direct accountability for campaign outcomes.
You will work closely with internal strategists, designers, and account managers to drive growth for international clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Paid Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms
- Manage campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
Email & Marketing Automation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, lifecycle)
- Manage segmentation, automation flows, and performance optimization
- Analyze open rates, CTRs, conversions, and engagement metrics
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards to track performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities and optimization recommendations
Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and landing pages
- Follow internal SOPs and execution frameworks
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and execution
- Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Experience working on international markets (US, UK, EU, AU preferred)
Good-to-Have
- Experience with eCommerce or D2C brands
- Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization
- Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
- Understanding of GA4 and attribution models

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
