_ Job_ Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-effective lead generation.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Track KPIs like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click Through Rate), and Conversion Rates.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences for improved conversions.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing and paid lead generation.
  • Proven experience running successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset to collaborate on ad copies and creatives.

· UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization

· PG : Any Postgraduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
