_ Job_ Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-effective lead generation.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team.
- Track KPIs like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click Through Rate), and Conversion Rates.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences for improved conversions.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing and paid lead generation.
- Proven experience running successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset to collaborate on ad copies and creatives.
