About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. You will own, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience managing significant ad budgets, scaling ROAS, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), TikTok, and LinkedIn (as relevant).
- Audience Strategy: Build and scale high-intent audiences using first-party data, lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based targeting.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to produce high-converting ad copies, visuals, and videos. A/B test creatives continuously.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) – improving landing pages, forms, and user journey.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV). Use Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio to generate daily/weekly performance reports.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot pixels, events, UTM parameters, and server-side tracking (GTM, CAPI).
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to find growth opportunities.
- Experimentation: Run A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time experience in performance marketing (agency or brand-side).
- Expert in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with e-commerce (preferred: WooCommerce, Shopify) or lead generation funnels.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
Good to Have (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Programmatic Display.
- Knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb for competitive research.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
- Experience with CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics.
