Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage daily ad budgets and ensure campaigns are optimized for better ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Create, test, and optimize different campaign structures including TOF, MOF, BOF, Broad, Advantage+, Retargeting, and Custom Audiences.
- Work closely with the creative/content team to suggest new ad angles, hooks, creatives, and video concepts.
- Monitor ad creatives and identify winning creatives, weak creatives, and fatigue signals.
- Run A/B tests for audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Understand customer journey and improve funnel performance from ad click to purchase.
- Coordinate with the website/e-commerce team to improve landing page performance and conversion rate.
- Manage pixel, conversion tracking, events setup, UTMs, and analytics where required.
- Keep an eye on competitor ads, market trends, and new platform updates.
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling cost and maintaining profitability.
- Identify problems in campaign performance and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain proper campaign naming, structure, and reporting discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
- Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads will be a plus.
- Good understanding of e-commerce sales campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CPC, frequency, conversion rate, and funnel metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and make quick optimization decisions.
- Experience in scaling ad budgets profitably.
- Basic understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest strong ad angles and hooks.
- Must be organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
- Should be able to work with daily targets and performance pressure.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per day
