Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage daily ad budgets and ensure campaigns are optimized for better ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Create, test, and optimize different campaign structures including TOF, MOF, BOF, Broad, Advantage+, Retargeting, and Custom Audiences.
  • Work closely with the creative/content team to suggest new ad angles, hooks, creatives, and video concepts.
  • Monitor ad creatives and identify winning creatives, weak creatives, and fatigue signals.
  • Run A/B tests for audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Understand customer journey and improve funnel performance from ad click to purchase.
  • Coordinate with the website/e-commerce team to improve landing page performance and conversion rate.
  • Manage pixel, conversion tracking, events setup, UTMs, and analytics where required.
  • Keep an eye on competitor ads, market trends, and new platform updates.
  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling cost and maintaining profitability.
  • Identify problems in campaign performance and provide practical solutions.
  • Maintain proper campaign naming, structure, and reporting discipline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads will be a plus.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce sales campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CPC, frequency, conversion rate, and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to analyze data and make quick optimization decisions.
  • Experience in scaling ad budgets profitably.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest strong ad angles and hooks.
  • Must be organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
  • Should be able to work with daily targets and performance pressure.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per day

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
