About the Role
Inkling Marketing is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Performance Marketer who can manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across ALL major advertising platforms. If you’re someone who lives in dashboards, loves A/B testing, and knows how to turn budgets into results we want you.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management Across Platforms:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter/X Ads
- Snapchat & Pinterest Ads (if required)
- Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads (optional)
- Programmatic & OTT Platforms (if needed)
Performance & Strategy:
- Plan and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies
- Daily monitoring and optimization for CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Create audience segments & lookalike audiences
- Build remarketing and retargeting funnels
- Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copies, audiences & landing pages
- Collaborate with design team for ad creatives
- Improve landing page performance (heatmaps, CTAs, flow)
Tracking & Reporting:
- Pixel setup (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Competitor analysis & trend monitoring
Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong command over multiple ad platforms
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns & maintain lead quality
- Good communication skills and teamwork
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in Real Estate, Education, E-commerce, or D2C
- Knowledge of SEO & Content Strategy
- Automation tools (Zapier, CRM integrations, lead routing)
- Basic design skills for ad creatives
- AI-based tools for optimization & copy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
