Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing, alongside paid performance campaigns. This role will play a key part in driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms

• Own and manage CRM marketing initiatives including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging

• Build, optimize, and manage customer journeys, funnels, and lifecycle campaigns

• Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and performance data to personalize communication

• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and CRM campaigns

• Analyze performance metrics across paid and CRM channels and share actionable insights

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, creative, and tech teams

• Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate targeting and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing and CRM/lifecycle marketing

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce or similar

• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behaviour, retention, and cohort analysis

• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution tools)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
