Performance Marketer- D2C brands

We are urgently looking for a Senior Meta Ads Expert who has hands-on experience working with multiple D2C brands.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Proven experience managing multiple D2C brand accounts
• Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels
• Expertise in scaling campaigns with ROAS-focused strategy
• Experience in creatives testing, audience research & budget optimization
• Ability to handle ₹3L+ monthly ad spends (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta ad campaigns
• Manage full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
• Daily performance monitoring & reporting
• Coordinate with creative & content team
• Achieve revenue & ROAS targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
