Performance Marketer (Female Candidates Preferred) – Meta Ads & Multi-Channel | Beauty Brand

We are a fast-growing international beauty brand with our office located in Business Bay, Dubai.
Our growth is performance-driven, data-focused and built on responsibility, transparency and real results.We are looking for a Performance Marketer to work on-site in our Dubai office and take full ownership of paid acquisition across multiple channels.This is not a remote position and not an agency role.We strongly encourage applications from women, as we operate in the beauty sector and value female leadership and perspective.Your responsibilities– Full ownership of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for Europe and the Middle East
– Planning, launching and scaling performance campaigns with clear ROAS focus
– Setup and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, optionally YouTube)
– Testing and scaling additional channels such as Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat
– Building and optimizing full-funnel strategies (TOF / MOF / BOF)
– Close collaboration with creative, content and brand teams
– Performance tracking, reporting and continuous optimization
– Budget responsibility and growth accountabilityYour profile– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
– Proven and strong expertise in Meta Ads is mandatory
– Solid experience with Google Ads
– Experience in beauty, fashion or e-commerce is a strong advantage
– Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven thinking
– Structured, responsible and independent working style
– Honest communication and ownership mentality
– Fluent English required (German is a plus)
