Performance Marketer -Onsite

Job Description: Performance Marketer Full time onsite

Must know Arabic and English as Fluent.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Launch and manage high-scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (SEM/PPC), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• ROAS Optimization: Constantly refine bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize Return on Ad Spend and minimize CPA.
• Data Implementation: Set up and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion APIs, and pixels.
• Localization: Adapt ad copy and creative strategy to resonate with both the local Emirati population and the diverse Expat community.
• Budget Pacing: Oversee daily spend across multiple channels to ensure alignment with monthly marketing targets (KPIs).
• Funnel Analysis: Monitor the entire user journey from first click to final conversion, identifying and fixing drop-off points.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex data into clear, visual reports for leadership using Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Tracking & Attribution: Implement GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Pixel tracking to ensure data accuracy across the customer journey.

Required Skills & Tools

• Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, Snap Ads.
• Analytics: Expert-level GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivots).
• Creative Strategy: Ability to draft "hook-driven" briefs for designers based on performance data.
• Attribution Knowledge: Experience navigating iOS 14+ privacy changes and multi-touch attribution models.
• Regional Context: Understanding of high-traffic UAE periods (Ramadan, Eid, Summer Surprises, Black Friday).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

Onsite Expectations

• Agility: Ability to pivot strategies in real-time within a fast-paced, "always-on" Dubai office environment.
• Collaboration: Working directly with sales teams (especially in Real Estate/FinTech) to ensure lead quality meets their standards.
