We want someone analytical, strategic, performance-obsessed, and deeply experienced in running paid campaigns across both:
- e-commerce businesses
- and service-based lead generation funnels.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end across both ecommerce and service-based businesses. This includes running high-performing ecommerce campaigns, lead generation campaigns, retargeting campaigns, funnel-based campaigns, and conversion-focused advertising strategies designed to drive measurable business growth. You’ll manage product catalogs, Shopping Ads, Performance Max campaigns, dynamic creatives, audience segmentation, and retargeting flows while continuously improving campaign efficiency and profitability.
For service-based businesses, you’ll build and optimize campaigns focused on lowering CPL, increasing qualified leads, improving appointment bookings, webinar registrations, discovery calls, and overall funnel conversion rates. You’ll also be responsible for setting up and maintaining accurate tracking systems including Meta Pixels, Conversion APIs, Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTMs, event tracking, attribution systems, and clean reporting structures to ensure reliable data and decision-making.
A major part of your role will involve analyzing campaign performance and making strategic optimizations based on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPM, CPA, conversion rates, retention metrics, and customer journey behavior. You’ll continuously test creatives, hooks, ad copy, landing pages, audience angles, offers, and bidding strategies to improve overall performance and scalability. You’ll also collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, funnel teams, content strategists, and sales teams to create campaigns that not only generate traffic, but drive meaningful conversions and business results.
We highly value candidates who bring experience beyond standard media buying and understand the bigger picture of performance marketing. Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), funnel strategy, and landing page optimization is a major advantage, especially if you understand how small conversion improvements can significantly impact profitability at scale. A strong understanding of copywriting and customer psychology is also highly preferred, as the ability to align messaging with audience intent often plays a critical role in campaign performance.
