About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Ad Specialist to lead the execution, management, and optimization of our paid digital advertising campaigns. Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage high-performing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta and Google Ads.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Ad Creative & Copy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
Optimization & Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement rigorous A/B testing (e.g., ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies) to maximize efficiency and scale performance.
Audience Targeting: Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and targeting strategies (e.g., lookalikes, custom audiences, retargeting) to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Landing Page Optimization: Work with web development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion, aligning with the ad messaging and user experience.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and new features across Meta, Google Ads, and the broader digital marketing landscape.
Experience & Education
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on, proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid digital advertising campaigns.
Mandatory Education/Certification: Diploma or Certification in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), OR a comprehensive Digital Marketing certification.
Skills & Knowledge
Platform Expertise: High proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Platform.
Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate findings into strategic actions.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tracking mechanisms, including the Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion API implementation.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate strategies and results clearly.
