KAS Mentor is looking for an efficient, proactive, and highly motivated Performance Marketing and SEO Specialist to generate effective brand awareness and lead generation. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics — CTR, CPL, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify and implement high-performing variations.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization strategies.
- Develop and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority and organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and web development teams to ensure campaign creatives and landing pages align with brand and performance goals.
- Track, analyze, and interpret data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting progress, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Maintain campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
- Support the marketing strategy team in planning integrated campaigns that align paid performance with organic growth efforts.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and cross-functional discussions to review campaign progress and upcoming initiatives.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, SEO activities, and testing results for internal reference and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational brand guidelines and ethical advertising standards.
- Report to the Marketing Manager  and collaborate with team members for smooth coordination and timely delivery of tasks.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in paid marketing and SEO
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suit,GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Data-driven decision making ability
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
