Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution (70%)
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track and control daily/monthly budgets to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Develop strong targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments.
- Coordinate with Design and Content teams to refresh creatives based on results.
Analysis, Reporting & Optimization (20%)
- Monitor and analyze KPIs like CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, and ROAS.
- Use analytics tools to uncover insights and diagnose performance issues.
- Share weekly and monthly reports with clear findings and recommendations.
Strategy & Growth (10%)
- Explore and test new channels, tools, and technologies for scaling.
- Work with the Web team to improve landing pages and conversion paths.
- Stay updated on performance marketing trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (agency or in-house).
- Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid analytical ability with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
- Familiarity with GTM, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ad reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related fields.
Preferred Skills (Not necessary, but good to have):
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with advanced tracking (server-side, conversion APIs).
