We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing & Content Strategist who can manage paid campaigns, plan strong organic content, and create marketing strategies that deliver results.

This role includes working on our in-house brand AND client projects, so versatility and ownership are key.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms
  • Manage budgets and maintain strong ROAS across all campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
  • Monitor analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Manage full-funnel strategies, including retargeting and conversion optimization

2. Content Strategy (Paid + Organic)

  • Develop monthly content calendars for social media, YouTube, and ad creatives
  • Plan & execute organic content (reels, shorts, posts, stories, YouTube content ideas)
  • Write strong ad copies, hooks, captions, and storytelling scripts
  • Work with designers & video editors to create engaging visuals and ad creatives
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
  • Create ideas and angles for UGC-style content
  • Stay updated with content trends, formats, and platform best practices

3. Client & Company Marketing Support

  • Create and manage marketing strategies for our own company
  • Provide performance marketing and content strategy services for client brands
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time
  • Communicate performance updates and strategy recommendations clearly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or content strategy
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting, and optimization
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategy-based decisions
  • Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to think creatively and research new content ideas
  • Must be familiar with modern AI tools & workflows (ChatGPT, automation tools, AI content tools, AI video tools, etc.) and know how to use them to improve performance and efficiency

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media management tools
  • Understanding of UGC-style ad content and viral content strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Gulberg Colony: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
