Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Manage and analyze Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & ad reports
• Handle Instagram, YouTube & all social media profiles performance
• Manage Shopify website performance, traffic & conversions
• Run performance-driven campaigns for product launches & sales
• Track KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions & growth metrics
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports & insights
• Coordinate with creative & social media teams for ad creatives
• Optimize funnels, landing pages & audience targeting

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
• Mandatory experience in makeup / beauty / color cosmetics industry
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Shopify backend & conversion tracking
• Knowledge of YouTube ads & social media analytics
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting & optimization skills
