Job Overview:
LAWAZEM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead our performance marketing initiatives. This role is integral to driving growth through data-driven strategies and optimizing marketing performance across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and evidence of successful campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing

Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and derive actionable insights

Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance targets and optimize marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to refine marketing approaches

Experiment with new performance marketing channels and tactics while testing and optimizing results

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure LAWAZEM remains at the forefront of performance marketing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of successful performance marketing campaigns across digital channels

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
