Arsh Industries is a growing FMCG manufacturer in Pakistan specializing in household cleaning and We are expanding our direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital sales and building a strong online performance marketing system.

Job Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (3–5 years experience) to lead Meta advertising, content strategy, conversion optimization, and e-commerce growth.

This role is focused on one goal: turning online traffic into measurable sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns
• Build and optimize sales funnels (WhatsApp + website)
• Manage Shopify/Daraz product listings and promotions
• Develop content strategy (Reels, posts, ad creatives)
• Run retargeting campaigns to increase conversions
• Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, sales)
• Manage influencer collaborations
• Improve customer journey and conversion rate

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / e-commerce
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Sales campaigns, retargeting, scaling)
• Experience with Shopify / Daraz / WhatsApp Business
• Content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, basic video editing)
• Strong analytical skills (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Excel)
• Proven ability to generate sales (not just engagement)
• Understanding of Pakistani FMCG & COD market behavior
• Strong communication in Urdu & English
