Performance Marketer (Meta & Google Ads Specialist)

Job Description

The Performance Marketer will design, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The responsibilities include campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, budget allocation, monitoring KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS), A/B testing creatives, and ongoing campaign optimization. The goal is to generate leads, sales, and traffic while maximizing ad spend efficiency.devsdata+4

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to generate targeted leads and conversions.digitalwaffle+3
  • Define, monitor, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.intelligentpeople+2
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments to improve engagement and conversion rates.simplilearn+2
  • Allocate and manage budgets across platforms, track expenditure, and ensure optimal spend for maximum digitalwaffle+2

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.intelligentpeople
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns in an agency or similar environment.digitalwaffle+1
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc simplilearn+1

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
