Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be analytical, data-oriented, and skilled in using performance marketing to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart
• Share weekly reports and suggest improvements in ad creatives/offers.
• Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
• Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments.
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, social media ads, and remarketing techniques.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
