Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing, funnel strategy, and remarketing.
- Creative mindset for crafting engaging ad copies and visuals.
- Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
- Conduct detailed audience research and create segmented ad sets for maximum ROI.
- Design and test multiple ad creatives, copy variations, and CTAs.
- Monitor daily ad performance, track key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS), and make data-backed decisions.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and event optimization.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creative development.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Meta advertising.
Experience Required:
- 1–2 years in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management
