As part of our digital expansion, we’re looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive high-impact campaigns and digital growth across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and C Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Power BI
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixels, landing pages, and conversion funnels
• Execute and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp) and WhatsApp marketing using platforms like AiSensy and Watee
• Own and execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
• Drive real-time performance improvements that directly impact business dashboards and KPIs

Who We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing
• Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with email/WhatsApp marketing tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven professional
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
