Job Title - Performance Marketing Executive

Job Brief: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in paid search, media planning, ad setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting. You will manage campaigns across different industries and markets, including India and Dubai, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, store footfall, and e-commerce sales

Experience 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Job Location : Bandra West, Mumbai

Responsibility:

• Plan and run campaigns for leads, sales, brand awareness, store visits, and followers.
• Manage campaigns for e-commerce, retail, and other industries.
• Run ads on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Use advanced targeting and retargeting to reach the right audience.
• Test different creatives, ad copies, and strategies to improve results.
• Track important numbers like cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and clicks/views.
• Manage budgets and make sure money is spent wisely.
• Share clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and suggestions.
• Work closely with creative teams to make ads that connect with people.
• Stay updated on new trends, ad formats, and changes in advertising platforms.

Requirement :

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience in both lead generation and sales-focused campaigns.
• Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Data Studio.
• Experience in handling campaigns for different markets and audiences.
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agency experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO (bonus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
