Performance Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing to improve ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel.
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting based on performance data.
• Manage daily budgets, bids, and ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Generate performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Data Studio.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
