Key Responsibilities
- Independently launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ad Platforms (Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp), Google Ads (Search, Display & PMax)
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed decisions to improve ROI
- Develop digital advertising strategies aligned with clients’ business goals
- Plan monthly ad campaigns and performance targets
- Handle daily activities such as bid adjustments, audience refinements, budget allocation, automation setups, and reporting
- Collaborate with the creative team to create ad copies, creatives, concepts, and content ideas
- Brainstorm innovative performance-driven marketing ideas for clients
- Identify underperforming areas and continuously optimize ad campaigns for better results
- Stay updated with platform changes, digital marketing trends, and new performance tools
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads (Google + Meta required)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation and analytics
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and basic analytics tools
- Ability to work with creative teams for crafting ad assets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
