This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for both local and international markets.
· Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
· Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
· Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored for different markets.
· Manage and analyze international campaigns, ensuring strategies are adapted to local audiences and trends.
· Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to drive innovation.
Required Skills
· Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
· Strong analytical skills& experience managing international campaigns with audience targeting, localization, and performance optimization.
· Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns under deadlines with attention to detail.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
· 3–4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
· Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results from local and international campaigns.
