Job Title: Executive – Performance Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Drive qualified leads and conversions with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and overall ROI.
- Manage end-to-end paid campaigns including search, display, video, remarketing, and social ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audiences to improve performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal utilization of marketing spends.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Excellent understanding of funnel-based marketing and lead generation
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience in real estate or high-ticket lead generation (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM integration, tracking pixels, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
