Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
• Generate high-quality customer leads through social media ads
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost per lead
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver interested and genuine customers
• Monitor ad performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Test creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve results

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory in social media advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Lead generation–focused approach
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
• Result-oriented mindset with good communication skills
