Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Conduct detailed keyword and audience research to optimize targeting.
• Analyze campaign data to identify insights and improve performance.
• Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve the best possible ROI.
• Implement conversion tracking and conduct ongoing performance analysis.
• Perform CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) reviews to boost results.
• Stay ahead of the latest advertising trends, updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce engaging ad copy and visuals.
• Provide clear, data-driven campaign reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Deep understanding of PPC, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Excellent communication, time management, and reporting skills.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a strong plus.
• Experience with remarketing and A/B testing strategies.
