Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert

Location: Cavalry Ground, Lahore (On-site)

Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 am (Monday to Friday)

Experience: 1-2 years (Preferably in a Digital Agency)

A leading digital marketing agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to join our team at our office based in Lahore. If you have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Performance Marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.

✅ Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions are met.
✅ Assist in audience research, keyword planning, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.
✅ Assist with setting up conversion tracking, pixel/tag implementation, and Google Analytics reporting.
✅ Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad assets.
✅ Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
✅ Support the senior marketing team in scaling campaigns and exploring new paid media channels.

✅ Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and new tools/technologies in performance marketing.

Key Requirements:

✅ 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).

✅ Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

✅ Solid understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decision making.

✅ Familiarity with A/B testing strategies, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation.

✅ Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy is a plus.

✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

✅ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
