Performance Marketing & Growth executive

Job description:

Job Title: Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 7 hours per day
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Professional who understands marketing as a complete growth system and works closely with the Sales team to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of building and executing performance-focused marketing strategies for Digital Services and SaaS products across global markets.

Conversion and revenue growth will be the primary objective of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete Marketing Strategy (Conversion-Focused)

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.
  • Build funnel-based marketing plans focused on lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rate.
  • Optimize customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

2. Performance Marketing (Global Audience)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage campaigns for Digital Services and SaaS products worldwide.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels.

3. Social Media Management & Marketing

  • Develop monthly content and posting strategy.
  • Plan creative campaigns aligned with brand positioning.
  • Schedule and manage posts across platforms.
  • Grow organic reach and engagement.
  • Align social media strategy with performance campaigns.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Create detailed performance reports (weekly & monthly).
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data insights.
  • Take data-driven strategic decisions to improve performance.

5. Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing team tasks.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and marketing 360 experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Experience in marketing Digital Services and/or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and lead nurturing.
  • Knowledge of global audience targeting.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

  • Knowledge of WordPress.
  • Ability to convert HTML into PHP templates.
  • Understanding of website structure and landing page optimization.
  • Basic technical understanding of website performance and tracking tools.
