Performance Marketing Intern

OMK Solutions is a 360° digital agency delivering creative and data-driven solutions across marketing, branding, and technology. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital growth and eager to learn hands-on marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Support A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to prepare campaign reports and insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, performance ads, and analytics.
• Good understanding of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)
• Meta Ads: 1 year (Preferred)
