About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Performance Marketer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and contribute to digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about paid marketing, analytics, and ROI-driven strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Track daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPC, CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and budgets.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital & performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising platforms (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and optimization techniques.
• Creative thinking with an interest in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (optional but beneficial).
