Job Description: Performance Marketing Intern

Position Type: Full-time Internship (In-office)
Duration: 3 months
Eligibility: Must be a graduate and have completed a course in Performance Marketing or Paid Ads

Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will assist the team in creating, managing, and optimizing online campaigns across various platforms. You’ll gain practical experience in digital advertising, learn best practices, and contribute to achieving client objectives under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and management of paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, suggesting optimizations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Support in the development of ad creatives, including copywriting and visual suggestions.
• Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve ad targeting.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and insights generation to drive campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new and innovative strategies to improve client results.

Requirements:

• Graduation completed with coursework or certification in Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and campaign management tools.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data-driven marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative on projects.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
