About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth, managing campaigns, and improving ROI through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• Optimize ad spend and ensure campaigns meet performance targets such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and goals
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and track key metrics to ensure accountability
• Test new strategies, creatives, and targeting methods to scale performance and improve ROI
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid media marketing

Qualifications:
✔ 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
✔ Proven experience managing campaigns for international clients and projects
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
✔ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
✔ Expertise in lead generation, ecommerce campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies
✔ Understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
✔ Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
