Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts across channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving ROI through continuous testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting
• Collaborate with content and design teams
• Report on campaign performance and insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
