Position : Performance Marketing Manager
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC, SEO, SEM, display, social media, and affiliate campaigns.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, etc.).
