Performance Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and app-specific channels (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to target the right users.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, landing pages, and content in collaboration with design & content teams.
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic and paid visibility.
  • Track and report campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, leads, conversions, retention, and engagement.
  • Implement retargeting, remarketing, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation for funnel optimization.
  • Run email marketing & automation campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers & sales teams to align business and marketing goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
