Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on campaign executor who can quickly set up and run ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and manage bulk outreach (email, WhatsApp, SMS) for our SaaS products Enrichli and CypherMD.
This is a results-driven role where we expect fast iterations, optimized spend, and measurable leads.Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta) with clear ROI targets.
• Run bulk outreach campaigns (email + WhatsApp + SMS) using available tools.
• Manage domain warm-up, inboxing, and deliverability for email campaigns.
• Build segmented lists and ensure accurate targeting.
• Provide weekly reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in running lead-gen ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, WhatsApp/SMS campaign tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Past experience generating SaaS or B2B leads preferred.

• Flexible freelance arrangement with monthly retainer or per-campaign basis.
