Role Overview:
- The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and analyzing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads.
- This role requires a data-driven professional who understands B2B marketing funnels, audience segmentation, ad creatives, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Plan and implement lead generation strategies targeting B2B audiences in the technology and IT services space.
- Create campaign structures, audience segmentation, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
- Build, test, and scale LinkedIn ad campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation Ads, etc.).
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for awareness and engagement across relevant audiences.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CAC, and ROI and present insights with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends, bidding strategies, and algorithm changes.
- Manage campaign budgets, monthly reports, and marketing analytics dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record managing and scaling LinkedIn Ads campaigns (mandatory).
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan and manage end-to-end campaign cycles from ideation to reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
